Fit-out of offices and office blocks of Tenants requires a specific approach. First, a quality office fit-out requires project documentation that includes architectural section, engineering networks and design project of the future premises.
It is important that the project incorporates commercial (i.e, durable, designed for use in a public place) materials and professional engineering equipment, capable of withstanding substantial office use.
In addition, the design documentation of finishing and assembling operations in the office must be agreed with the specifications of the company operating the building. Only by having a full set of aligned working documentation for finishing you can accurately calculate an estimate of the fit-out project for your office. In any other case, an estimated calculation will be approximate, and the final cost will be corrected during the finishing works.
Typically, the design and fit-out of office block area of 1000-2000 meters takes 4-5 months, but if the Client has tough deadlines, we can do design and finishing work simultaneously and shorten the Office creation to 2-2.5 months.
